Bob Kitching has brought the art of cheese-making alive for thousands of people in his popular and unique demonstrations around the country. You can buy his great cheese direct from the dairy, or find his completely organic products in many local outlets. Organic creamy, crumbly, mature and soft Lancashire cheese is made on-site, and for those that enjoy Lancashire cheese with a unique twist there are pineapple, apricot, apple, ginger, garlic, mint, cranberry and many other versions. Bob also makes organic red Leicester, double Gloucester, Cheddar and Wensleydale, with organic milk sourced from Mr Parkinson at Inglewhite and Mr Sanderson at Woodplumpton.
